We bought this for our 10 yr old grandson. He LOVES it. We actually have attached it to a go-cart seat and it worked great until he left it in the driveway and someone backed over it. Now we are trying to fix it. We know we need the 4 anti-slip protect pads. We have tried sending a notice. to the company requesting info on how to order just these 4 parts but haven't received any word.Please help! He is handicapped and this is one thing that he is able to skillfully use. Again he LOVES it.The charger is over a hundred and twenty degrees on the first charge be careful.Don't know how it fully runs aka how good but for now mehPerfect size for my kids. The design look like iron man which look super cool. Only complain is wish the batter last longer.UPDATE: LOL she couldn't wait and we also were too excited to see her joy, so we ended up letting her open it today. Needless to say, her face was full of happiness. The hoverboard works well and feels very sturdy. I didn't get a chance to take photos or video because it was an impulse decision and we were enjoying with the kids. Beside, my girl is still learning how to control it. I wouldn't want to post a video of her still struggling with the hoverboard (due to being a newbie) and might cause some misunderstanding about the hoverboard's quality. She can't wait to master it so she can drive with her 2 years old brother (My boy is a daredevil, and yes, with supervision and helmet of course). Kids learn quick, I am sure I will have some good photos and video eventually update for ya all to see soon ;)My daughter will be turning 7 this coming April 18. We are buying this as it was in her wishlist. It looks very very nice in the box but we don't if it will perform well. We have not tried it yet because obviously we want her to be the first to try it. We only opened the box lightly to make sure there's no cosmetic damage. I am giving it 4 stars for now and I will update my review with photos and video once she gets to try it then give my final opinion at that time. So excited!!!This xpirit hoverboard is nice and stylish to look at. It’s quite heavy so my husband had to do the unboxing but I must say it’s very well balanced and solid once placed on the floor. It’s self balancing and once turned on, the LED lights are very bright so there’s visibility if using one of these in say a dimly lit place. The tyres are thick and you can tell that the plastic material they’re made from, is of good quality. Movement is seamless and easy as it adjusts to whatever direction it’s been guided to. Will see how it holds up to continued usage but it’s definitely a good product. I think it could be less pricey than its current listed price.Super fun to ride on!!The colors are super cool and flashy.Now the charging is pretty good, takes a while but run for long time.It takes a few times to feel it and to know how to ride but after some try outs you finally get it.Now the rugged tires are super good for some ruff roads but does the job.Easy to operate and to charge.This was a ton of fun! We used it on the asphalt path at our local park and had a blast. It's not the first hoverboard we used so we were pretty used to how these work. The wheels are pretty good and handled the bumpy path like a champ and the hoverboard did a good job at staying stable.
