I have purchased a few different brands of these light up collars and they all work about the same. Charge them up and pick your setting. I did have one that wasn't the size I expected and couldn't find it a new home. I found that it fits her waist. As she already wears a harness and a collar with her tags adding another collar was a bit much for a tiny 13-year-old dog. I would recommend, just make sure to measure.
