The snowman is a good size and perfect for a seasonal decoration. The directions were pretty basic relying mostly on photographs, but we found the photos weren’t clear enough to show the first rod should have the branched end away from the head. Also, after pulling the body up, we chose to insert the arms before pulling the body all the way up, as it is very difficult to find exactly where the arm rods go though the small circular openings. Others may not have the same problem. There were no pine boughs in the box, which wasn’t a deal breaker, but shows some lack of quality control, or indifference on the part of the manufacturer. All in all, the snowman lights are quite bright, and will hopefully hold up to some wind (we will definitely move it should we have heavy winds in the forecast). Certainly much easier than stringing lights on a big tree or the house!Part 2I contacted the seller who responded very quickly. The manufacturer gave me a choice of having the missing items shipped (which would take more than a month), or a rebate of the price so I could purchase the decorations locally. I felt the manufacturer was extremely easy to contact and generous in the offers. I highly recommend the Nalone snowman.
