We recently got this truck for our sons bday one of the reasons we chose the Silverado was because it’s just like our truck! So when our sons saw they now have the same truck as daddy they were beyond thrilled!!! assembly is quick and easy pieces are big so they are easy to place together took my husband about 30mins and he does not know how to put anything together! Both of my younger sons have autism so for them learning to steer isn’t really option so of course my number one reason for getting this was the remote and it did not let us down! I literally want to cry when watching them ride their trucks because for once I don’t have to run beside them trying to turn the wheel so they don’t hit anything and it looks like they are driving it like a kid their age would be! they are ages 5&6 and even though it’s a one seater and smaller than the usual power wheels they still fit in just fine! And when I say this is an exact replica of the real thing! So my boys think it’s soo cool to have the same truck as dad! Battery life is good we took them to our state park for about 2hrs and then came home and let them ride around the yard and there was still plenty of battery! The headlights and radio turn on! I have seen them with radios but this is a first with the headlights! This is also one of my sons favorite parts to turn the lights on and off! It also goes 2 speeds which is good for little ones…my kids are little daredevils and prefer the faster one! But this is definitely a must have if u have children under 6 and especially if you have kids with special needs because it’s an amazing feeling when I see my sons getting to ride their truck just like every other kid does!!!!This is by far the best money spent on a toy. My son can be on it for hours either riding it or just sitting in it and getting in/out. Both my husband and I were surprised on how long the battery lasted! Normally we don’t believe when it’s “advertised” that it lasts 1-2 hours but boy they were not wrong! We went on a walk about a mile and still going strong when we got back to the house. We thought and hoped the battery would die so that we could move on to the next thing in the day but we were wrong!! It lasted for 1.5 hrs even though it wasn’t fully charged when we took it out.The truck comes in a big box with instructions, easy to assemble. I’m not good at putting things together but this was easy and pretty quick if you follow the instructions. The remote control even has instructions on the back on how to link it to the truck which is pretty smart to have incase the actual instructions get lost.My son is little so having the remote control is a must and it’s fun for both the little and adult. You can “play” your own video game with your little!!The truck resembles the real version which is one of the reasons I got it for my son. There are a couple more things that I think were so cool! And that’s the fact it’s got a working horn and headlights that you can turn on and off!! I’ve posted a picture of them on. Also its got its in radio (see picture of button/ radio)!! Crank the music as if you’re in your own car. Oh! And let’s not forget about the safety, it’s got a 3 point harness that would keep the littles secure, I tell my son seatbelt on! And he tries ti get it on himself every time he gets in it. My son can now ride in style around the house/ neighborhood as well as have a mini version of his dads truck. Very happy with the purchase.We bought this car for my 2 year old but all of my other kids (2,4,6) love it as well! Easy for the older ones to steer. The remote connects easily to the car (wireless) so that I can drive my youngest around. It took about 30 min to put together but instructions were detailed and clear. Charges quickly and the battery lasts a long time. Great quality.
