Excellent Charles m customer service. The first one broke and they sent another replacement for us. Very responsive to emails.The battery life is excellent and recharges reasonably fast. The blue tooth connectivity is decent.We are on our second board. Unfortunately the original was received with multiple cracks in it. I suspect it was a quality control issue because the box was delivered in good condition and free from damage, indicating the damage to the board likely didn’t occur during transport. I will say that the replacement was sent as soon as I reported the damage and the replacement seems fine.The quality, with the exception of the initial damage seems to be great. The board is easy to control and maneuver. It is primarily used by an 8yr old girl and she has loves it.Overall good purchase and would recommendThe first time we ordered this it needed to be returned as defective, but the company replaced it immediately with no hassle. The replacement is excellent, works flawlessly and our grandson, for whom it was a birthday gift, can't stop using it, indoors and out!The hoverboard was charged for 2 hours before using and until the green light indicator signaled it was fully charged, battery lasted for about 5 hour of intermittent use. It is a little disappointing that the blinking lights can not be turned off. Speed is about 10 mph maximum and overall performance is outstanding. I am giving it four stars because both wheels has scratches marks on the exterior that is very unlikely, due to the excellent packaging, that the scratches were caused by handling during delivery process, it had to be scratched during the assembling process. We haven't use the Bluetooth connection yet because must be annoying for us and prefer our daughter to use earphones instead of blasting her music. Time will tell about its endurance and quality.I bought this for my daughter. She has wanted a hover board for quite some time and was excited to find this in her pile of presents for Christmas this year.The entire family has enjoyed riding the Tomoloo from my husband down to the family dog. The board rode just as smoothly at 80 pounds as at 225. It was sturdy and easy to learn. Battery life has been great so far, no overcharged problems. The blue tooth works great, maybe a little too great. ?The Tomoloo was on the list of top hover boards for 2020; definitely worth the funds.10 yr old, 9 year old & their parents who are big kids ourselves (lol) all enjoy the tomoloo k1 hoverboard! It was our 10 yr olds bday gift but we loved it so much we just ordered another one! Super sturdy, well made, & a smooth ride which made it feel very safe. Self balancing made a bug difference. Bluetooth connectivity for music and the lights and finish of the hoard is a dream! I was skeptical that the kids would learn how to balance on it but they learned so quickly! Like I said we just ordered another one so WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)I am not one to leave bad reviews and rarely believe half the bad reviews I read. However, I wanted to vent after this experience and what better place to do that than on the product review. I spent a lot of time researching hoover-boards before buying this one for my daughter. And I believe had I received what I purchased I would have been extremely happy with the purchase made. Anyways, we received it today and the first thing that threw me off was the device name on blue tooth. It was renamed and the pin to connect to it was changed from the default. However, I was busy so I told my daughter I would help her later. A few hours later I go to help her out and she also points out the charger keeps flashing red then green at random intervals. We switched outlets and it did the same thing. Finally, I flipped it over to get a better look at where the charging cable hooks up and notice the bottom of it is scuffed up already. Which leads me to believe it was a returned (defective) item. The scratches themselves were not to impressive as you can see in the pictures. But for $250 the scratches + the battery charging issue + the blue tooth pin / device name change is enough to make me want to return it. I am aware most people will read this post and assume I am just a picky entitled customer, and that's fine. I feel there has got to be some laws regarding this matter but I do not have the time nor energy to start digging into those (especially for only $250). In closing I would like to say that other than the three points mentioned earlier it does appear to be a nice sturdy hoover board.Respectfully,Chris Kaye
