Very bright and well made. Does not have separate remote, but has button on plug to change light mode. Would definitely purchase again.Very nice patterns and very Brite ???These lights have so many different settings so you can have the perfect house!! They looked super cute for Halloween.These work as described with good color and brightness.These lights are bright and vibrant. They are true purple & orange. They are compatible with other lights of this kind- the fuse at one end hooks into the beginning of another set of lights, so you can link up 4 strands of lights and have them all do the same function. Blinking, fading, solid, strobe, etc.I put these up in my livingroom to get in the Halloween spirit. Not only are the colors great but the are bright and the flashing varies to an entertaining degree. Plus, my cats love to sit around and watch them.I would first like to detail the good features that are part of these Dazzle Bright Halloween string lights. The number one feature is the way the strings are designed. There is the basic part of the string that consists of 66 ft of led bulbs with connectors at each end. The bulbs are spaced 3.9" apart and there is not a lot of extra wire at each end. This means that multiple sets can be connected without a lot of extra wire between the sets - Great feature! Now, to get you to the outlet where you are going to plug these in, there is a 16.5 ft lead wire with connectors at each end. The final part of the assembly is the power module. The other good feature of these lights is that 4 of these 200 led, 66 ft strings can be connected together. Many other brands that I have looked at only allow for the connection of 3 sets.Now for the not so good (missing features). A lot of LED string lights have a timer feature. When activated, this feature would turn on the lights for 6 hours and then turn them off for the next 18 hours. This timer feature is not included on the Dazzle Bright Halloween string lights. Ok, so you say "just plug them into a timer". Great idea, except for the next missing feature. Many other brand string lights with multiple modes will "remember" the current setting when they are unplugged and then plugged in again. Once again, this does not happen with the Dazzle Bright lights. When unplugged, the mode reverts to #1 - Combination. So using your own timer doesn't really help (unless you always want the default mode).One final missing feature that I have seen on some string lights is a remote control. Not all sets have them, but look carefully as you search. You might think that you have to pay extra for all of the "missing features" that I mentioned, but I did a search on Amazon and found a "full featured" set of lights for the same price as these Dazzle Bright lights.Happy shopping and Happy Halloween!
