Pleasantly surprised with this purchase! Perfect brightness for my small back deck... bright enough but not blinding. They're also a good warm color versus the cool blue that traditional LEDs can cast. I keep them set to steady on personally, but there are a ton of other options. The timer feature is nice. Haven't been able to tell how long the batteries will last as I just set them up a few days ago.Ling strand with low battery needs. 3AA batteries hold steady. Durability to be determined.
