I bought this lamp to add colours to our pool lighting system. We had a factory installed halogen white light. This new light is really great especially the blue colour. There are a lot of options like fading and colour cycling but I find that distracting. I just pick one colour, usually blue and leave it alone. Worked perfectly out of the box and uses maybe 25% of the electricity the original used and doesn’t get hot.
