Steps for Usage: Step 1 - completely covering the solar panels. Step 2 - Turn on the switch. Step 3 - the light up. If the light is not lit, or the light is dark, or the lighting time is short, you need to charge it in the sun for one day. NOTE: Charging environment, direct sunlight, charge 1-2 hours - light up 2-4 hours, charge 4-8 hours - light up 6-12 hours. If there is no sunlight on a cloudy day, it will light up 1-2 hours or dim.

I bought these to put in my two front gardens as well as to wrap around my back deck. I have had them out in the front garden for a while now and they are great. They are so pretty at night as they twinkle. Once you put them in, just make sure you have the base set up to where it gets sun light so that it has a charge.I really don't have anything bad to say about these. I love the fact that once I install them, I do not have to do any maintenance at all.Bought these early in the summer season to light up an arbor. Check out pics…definitely served their purpose! They light up at dark and stay lit for several hours into the night. Makes me feel like I’m on fairy land lol. Price is good for the 2 sets you get. Just be sure to put the charging part in bright sunlight all day. Have repurchased for other area of the yard because we were so happy with the results.Bought them for my backyard this summer.
