The telescopic handle NEVER stays locked, so prepare to be bent over or on your knees to use, either way, DESTROYS your back. Charge doesn't last long at all, even a small house of 1200 Sq ft, you'll have to stop, charge n go again, more than once. Plus it doesn't "polish" worth a damn, which is the whole reason I bought it. Sadly I went beyond the 30 day return, so I screwed myself there.
