I need to replace the canopy portion of my umbrella. Every thing else is good. As you see the gutters on my apartment leaked all over mine and I think I want a darker one! Couldn’t use it with wind speed as low as 6mph.Utter ripoffZero sturdinessZero valueZero durabilityThe Umbrella is great, my first one came with a factory defect but after messaging the seller they sent me a new one which was perfect, I recommend it 10/10.The umbrella is listed with solar lights but instead of coming on when it gets dark you have to turn on by a switch which is up on the corner of the umbrella out of reach for me. Also if you don’t turn it off during the day, it doesn’t charge. Wouldn’t recommend it or ever buy it again.A fantastic umbrella and exactly what we’ve been looking for, the solar lighting options are great and the area the umbrella covers is perfect for our deck dining table. Highly recommended.Recently made this purchase to replace, our old, red, faded 6 x 6 ft umbrella. This umbrella is much nicer than expected. After doing much research, I knew I wanted an umbrella that was not round, or square. Living in North Texas, the mid day heat, can really be miserable without shade. I know most fabric does fade in the sun and this is one reason I purchased the blue color. I figured, that if it fades to a light blue, or white, it would look like clouds! How happy! However, to extend the life of the umbrella, I do take it down when not using it. It is so effortless to attach/reattach and I just stick it in the corner of my porch, when not in use. I was happily surprised to see two separate switches, which control two different light options! (See pics). Wow, was I impressed. The light is not harsh and is just bright enough to be able to enjoy a game of cards with friends at night. The two lighting options, gives you enough subtle light and the option to give just a liiiiiitle extra, if desired. (see photos). The crank mechanism, is much smoother that my last $60 umbrella and the tilt mechanism is the same. The solar battery is a Lithium Ion battery that fits only my Nitecore D2 charge, due to its size. However, the solar panel works fine. My only little gripe, is that I wish the solar panel had a stronger, twisting locking mechanism. I am using the Abba Patio Umbrella Base to hold it. Overall, this umbrella is well built, easy to use, easy to detach/reattach to pole. I would absolutely purchase again!Update: I purchased this in 2018 and now it is summer 2021 and still going strong! A little faded in the Texas heat(last photo), but I don’t care. Using a water filled base helps keep it in place, when not in the table. Would still purchase again!This is exactly what we were looking for. It looks great and feels sturdy.This product arrived on time but was clearly used prior to me receiving it. When unpacking it was a mess. loosely packaged, Velcro straps were tangled, and the extension pipe just fell out. I am considering sending it back.It's disappointing for the cost.
