I spent a decent amount of time researching string lights to ensure they would hold up to Michigans harsh winters and these did not disappoint. One thing I kept finding from other brands was that they would say they were waterproof but then you would see loads of customer photos showing the bulbs filling up with water. These string lights have a unique design that addresses this issue, and they have held up all through out the winter so far (had them up for a few months now).Other benefits of these lights:- plastic not glass so they are shatterproof- LED so they last a long time- They are dimmable but you need to buy a dimmer for it. I found a smart outdoor plug that also has a dimmer built into it so I can have the lights go on or off automatically and I can adjust the brightness with my phone.
