NO instruction/diagram included with product. It's available online in the description where you order it. MAKE SURE you READ the #indications to where each wire goes DO NOT look at the color of the wires on the illustration they provide! It come with a White, Blue, Black and 2 Red wires. Their diagram shows a Blue and White wire at top, left and right, this should be your BLACK ground wire using the jumper leg in those two positions. Their Black wire shown on the lower center Should be a RED (+ IN) to power the switch. Their 2 Red wires they show lower left and right should be the White and Blue wires going to your lights. Yes, I know any color wires can be used to make something work BUT if you just look at the picture and assume, because 99% of the time, RED is positive BLACK is negative and BLUE & WHITE( or other colored) go to lights you'd be wrong.BUT, the switch it's self works fine and quality seems good.
