Very bright!It was supposed to be 11-15 inches and it was 15 inches at the smallest length! We had to return it.These are awesome! Super bright light that makes it easy to see him at a distance when we are out and about at night! - There are so many reasons this helps me! On walks in the evening, don’t have to rely on just reflective wear for people to see us and especially to see him if he’s ever near the road, when we are on my family’s property and I let him out, I have been able to easily spot him in the field, and when we are camping and in the woods, I have spent less time looking in circles when he doesn’t immediately respond to a call - an excellent item for anyone who wants to make sure their dog has that added extra and can easily be seen for both safety and piece of mind when they’re explores like mine! LOL! Love this and the blue is bright and vivid, the lights doesn’t go all the entire way around so I put it to where it’s shining down on his feet, I figure maybe it helps him see more since it kinda lights up the area! 10/10I charged it up. Then allowed it to be "on" in steady mode and let my timer do the work. It was still going strong at the 14-hour mark. Sometime in the night, before 24 hours, the battery charge was done. I'm guessing closer to the 24-hour mark. I was curious about the charge time because I want to use this while camping. It will work perfectly for night walks and then sleep time while camping. I will have it turned ON and know where the dog is in the tent without turning on a light. The light-up portion of the color is a little stiff, but this will be worn in addition to her regular collar, not in lieu of, so it will not be tight. The blue looks good. easy on the eyes.Medium fits our 15lb bordoodle puppy and I expect it will still fit when she is about 35 lbs. Our dog has a lot of hair, so it isn't as visible but we can still see it at night.I like the 3 modes but can't really imagine using anything regularly other than on steady. Perfect for camping, in case your dog gets loose.One charges lasts us several nights,We live in the country & night time walks can be scary in the dark. This is easy to charge. It's bright, even with my dogs fluffy neck.This product works exactly as advertised and that is why I am giving it five stars. However, our dog is super furry with long hair around his neck so unfortunately when I put it on his neck oncoming car will barely see a glow if anything at all. I have taken to put it on the handle of the leash which works okay but I would rather motorists to be able to see my black dog in the dark and not just my hand. It has mode variations which you can click through to make it solid light or blinking light or just turn to the off mode.
